Roobet NZ: The Official Crypto Casino for New Zealand Players

Roobet Casino NZ: Overview

Roobet runs one of the larger crypto casino libraries you'll find online, with well over 6,000 titles pulled from more than 80 game studios sitting behind one account. For a Kiwi player weighing up where to spend an evening, that scale matters: it's slots, table games, a live casino floor and Roobet's own original games all under one roof, funded entirely through cryptocurrency rather than a bank card.

Roobet is operated by Raw Entertainment B.V. and holds a licence issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, reference OGL/2024/687/0427, under the regime that replaced Curaçao's older master-licence system in 2024. That's the licence the platform trades under globally, including for players signing in from New Zealand. Roobet does not hold, and does not claim, a New Zealand gambling licence, because no such domestic regime for offshore online casinos exists yet in this country.

What makes Roobet distinct from a typical online casino nz players might picture is the funding model. There's no NZD deposit box on the cashier. Instead, you top up your balance using Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT, USDC, XRP, Dogecoin and a handful of other coins, roughly ten in total. Your balance is then shown both in crypto and as a USD-equivalent figure, so you always know where you stand in real terms even though you funded in crypto.

On this platform you get access to Roobet Crash, the brand's signature original game and one of the benchmark crash titles across the whole crypto casino space, alongside a rolling $100,000 weekly raffle and a rakeback loyalty system called Roowards. None of that requires a separate app or a New Zealand bank account, just an email address and a crypto wallet or exchange balance to fund from.

Play is restricted to adults aged 18 and over. If gambling stops being fun, Gambling Helpline NZ is available on 0800 654 655.

Playing Roobet On Mobile And Tablet

Roobet is built to run straight through a mobile browser, there's no separate app to install from a store. Open your phone's browser, load the site, log into your account and the entire lobby, cashier and games load exactly as they would on a desktop, just resized for a smaller screen.

On a phone, the layout condenses into a single scrolling column: game categories stack vertically, the search bar sits at the top, and your balance plus the deposit button stay pinned so you can top up without hunting through menus. Roobet Crash keeps its live bet feed and cash-out button large enough to tap accurately mid-round, which matters given how fast that game moves.

Tablets sit in between the two experiences. Landscape orientation on an iPad or Android tablet gives you close to the full desktop grid, with more game tiles visible per screen and the chat panel (on games that carry one) sitting alongside the play area rather than hidden behind a toggle.

What differs from desktop

The core game selection, RTP-driven mechanics and cashier options are identical across devices, nothing is stripped back for mobile. What changes is mostly ergonomic:

• Live casino tables load in a slightly more compact video frame on phones, with bet controls docked at the bottom of the screen.
• Typing a crypto wallet address for a withdrawal is easier on desktop; on mobile, most players copy the address from their wallet app rather than typing it manually.
• Some slot titles with dense bonus-feature screens (particularly Megaways-style grids) read more comfortably in landscape mode on a phone.
• Push notifications aren't part of the browser experience, so if you want raffle or promotion updates you check the account or offers tab directly.

Because everything runs in-browser, there's nothing to update or reinstall. Bookmarking the site or saving it to your phone's home screen gives you an app-like icon to tap without any actual app download.

Key Facts About Roobet

Before depositing, it helps to see the operational shape of Roobet in one place rather than piecing it together from separate pages. The table below covers the details a first-time player actually needs.

Payments, Currency And Withdrawal Times

Because Roobet is a crypto casino at its core, there's no card cashier, no bank transfer form and no NZD line item in the deposit menu. You move value in and out using the coins your account supports, and the site converts that into a USD-equivalent balance behind the scenes so your bankroll is easy to track. For a Kiwi player, the practical step is having a crypto wallet or exchange account (Binance, Easy Crypto, and similar NZ-facing exchanges all work) that you can send from and receive back to.

Deposits confirm once the relevant blockchain network processes the transaction, and withdrawals follow the same network-confirmation logic in reverse. There is no fixed NZD figure for minimums or fees because those sit with the network you choose, not with a Roobet-set NZD threshold.

Before a withdrawal clears, standard identity checks apply, this is the same verification step any licensed operator runs before releasing funds, not something unique to Roobet. Have a clear photo ID ready in your account, it speeds up the process considerably compared to submitting it only once you've already requested a cash-out.

Game Library: Slots, Table Games, Jackpots And Live Casino

The Roobet library is organised into clear categories from the lobby, so you're never scrolling through an undifferentiated wall of tiles. With 6,000+ games across 80+ studios, the breadth covers everything from three-reel classics to fully-dealt live tables.

Slots

Slots make up the bulk of the catalogue, spanning classic fruit-machine formats through to modern Megaways and cluster-pay mechanics. Titles from Pragmatic Play and Play'n GO sit alongside NetEnt and Relax Gaming releases, giving you a genuine spread of volatility levels and themes rather than one studio dominating the shelf.

Table games

Blackjack, roulette and baccarat variants are all represented in RNG format, useful if you want table-game structure without waiting on a live dealer or a seat at a table. These sit alongside Roobet's own quick-fire originals like Dice and Mines, which use a similar provably-fair logic to Roobet Crash.

Jackpots

Jackpot-style slots appear within the wider Pragmatic Play and Relax Gaming ranges available through the library, giving players chasing a bigger single payout somewhere to look without leaving the main game catalogue.

Live casino

The live casino runs real-dealer blackjack, roulette and baccarat streamed from studio floors, with tables running continuously so you can drop into a hand rather than waiting for a scheduled start. This is where Roobet closest resembles a physical casino floor, dealer included, cards shuffled and dealt on camera.

Every casino roobet slot and table carries demo information and paytables inside the game window, so you can check mechanics before committing a wagered balance.

Software Providers Behind The Games

The strength of a library this size comes down to who's actually building the games behind it. Roobet works with more than 80 studios, and a handful of names come up repeatedly across the slot and table catalogue.

• Pragmatic Play, known for high-volatility slots and a broad jackpot-adjacent range, plus live casino tables.
• Play'n GO, recognised for consistent, well-polished slot mechanics and long-running franchise titles.
• NetEnt, one of the longest-established studios in the industry, known for smooth animation and reliable classic and video slot formats.
• Relax Gaming, known for flexible math models and collaborative releases with other studios, often showing up in the jackpot and feature-buy space.

Beyond these four, the wider provider list fills out the remaining thousands of titles, meaning the roobet online casino catalogue isn't reliant on any single studio's release schedule to stay fresh.

Bonuses And Ongoing Promotions

Roobet doesn't run one fixed, universal welcome bonus the way a traditional fiat casino might advertise a flat NZD figure. Because offers vary by region and by the channel you sign up through, what you're shown when you register is worth reading carefully rather than assuming a single headline number applies everywhere.

Check the offers tab inside your own account before depositing, that's where the current, region-specific version of these promotions actually shows, rather than relying on a generic figure quoted elsewhere.

Strengths And Conditions Worth Knowing

Here's a straightforward look at what you get playing on Roobet, paired with the practical conditions worth understanding before you deposit.

Roowards Loyalty And Ongoing Rewards

Rather than a one-off welcome bonus, Roobet's reward structure is built around continuous play through the Roowards system and a repeating raffle, plus occasional region-specific offers layered on top.

Because rakeback accrues on actual wagering rather than a locked-in bonus balance, there's no separate playthrough multiplier to clear before it's yours, it's credited progressively rather than held behind a target.
